14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ABS does not work for you within 14 days of purchase, email info@automatiabcn.com with your order ID and we will issue a full refund and revoke your license key. No reason required.
Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the license is non-refundable but remains valid for the seats you bought.
You may cancel the subscription at any time and the renewal will not be charged. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an already-paid year, this matches industry standard for software subscriptions.
14-day money-back guarantee on each individual MCP Suite product, same conditions as ABS Self-Host above.

ABS is a digital good (software license + container images). EU consumer law allows a 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods before delivery; once you actively start using the license, that statutory right ends. The 14-day money-back guarantee above is a contractual extension that goes further than your statutory right.
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card or account.
