Every ABS install starts with a 7-day free trial — no card, no licence key. You only pay once you subscribe, and the first payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: if ABS is not right for you within 14 days of that payment, email info@automatiabcn.com with your order ID and we will refund it in full and cancel the licence. No reason required.
You can cancel at any time from the panel or the Stripe portal. The next renewal is not charged, and the subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing stops mid-month. Adding or removing Team seats is prorated by Stripe on your next invoice. Whatever you decide, the documents, meetings and keys on your server stay yours to read, export and delete; a subscription ending never touches your data.
Updates are part of the subscription, not a separate purchase. While your ABS subscription is active you receive new container images, security patches and new MCP tools at no extra charge. There is no separate maintenance plan to buy, so there is nothing to refund here.

ABS is a digital good (software license + container images). EU consumer law allows a 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods before delivery; once you actively start using the license, that statutory right ends. The 14-day money-back guarantee above is a contractual extension that goes further than your statutory right.
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card or account.
