Spain's Verifactu law is coming. Is your invoicing ready?
New anti-fraud invoicing rules, with fines up to €50,000/year. We make your existing systems compliant, without disrupting how you already work.
Who & When
Companies must comply by 1 Jan 2027 and the self-employed (autónomos) by 1 Jul 2027. Businesses already on SII are generally exempt.
What the Software Must Do
Tamper-proof records chained with a SHA-256 hash, a QR code on every invoice, a full event log, and real-time reporting to the AEAT (Verifactu mode).
The Cost of Ignoring It
Using non-compliant software can mean fines of up to €50,000 per year, plus higher audit exposure and invoices being rejected.
How we get you compliant
We connect your existing invoicing, ERP, POS, e-commerce or accounting, to a compliant layer and automate the AEAT reporting. No rip-and-replace: your team keeps working exactly as it does today.
